The location of the hotel is fantastic, with Central Grand mall just across the street. It is right in the heart of the bustling shopping district, surrounded by popular malls like Platinum and Siam Paragon. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Skywalk bridge, allowing easy access to the various shopping destinations in the area. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, providing good service throughout the stay.
There is a slight issue with the bathroom, as some reviews mention that it looks a bit tired.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was right in the center of the city, making it easy for us to access all the major shopping malls. We loved that there was a supermarket right beside the hotel, making it convenient for us to grab any essentials we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, responding promptly to any requests we had. The manager was especially attentive and ensured that we had an excellent customer service experience.

Great location, surrounded by malls and close to BTS station. Easy to navigate to everywhere. Big grocery store with food court in front of the hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with all the big shopping malls within short walking distance. We were also pleased to find that there was a train station nearby, making it easy for us to explore various tourist sites in this city. The room was spacious enough and had tea making facilities, which we found convenient. the hotel provided a small bottle of water daily.
